چکیده

We evaluated the fects of different levels dietary silver nanoparticle (AgNP) powder on performance, intestinal microflora, carcass traits and blood parameters broiler chickens. Three hundred seven-day-old Ross chicks were randomly divided into five groups, each group replicated three times with 20 birds per replication. Chickens fed basal diet 2.5, 5, 10 mg AgNPs kg feed. Dietary inclusion improved final body weight, cumulative weight gain feed conversion ratio. The best traits, relative organ weights observed in supplemented 2.5 ppm AgNPs. Increasing AgNP dose resulted a significant decrease caecal lactose positive enterococci bacteria populations, while lactobacilli counts numerically increased. residues breast thigh muscle significantly increased (p < .05) dose-dependent manner. induced lesions liver, kidney, spleen duodenum tissues involving degeneration, necrosis, mononuclear infiltration focal aggregation inflammatory cells. In conclusion, despite its potential impacts growth microbial population diversity at ppm, had following negative effects broilers: 1) muscle, which may result transmission to consumers, 2) cytotoxicity intestinal, kidney cells Therefore, we suggest use lower doses (< diet) poultry production future studies.HIGHLIGHTSDietary nanoparticles (AgNPs) diets more than mg/kg many represented by accumulation residue meat possibility nanosilver consumers.AgNPs cytotoxic effect intestine, manner broilers might be harmful chicken human health. Therefore, do not recommend using as promotor or antibacterial agent their marketing should controlled restricted.

Effect of Different Levels of Molasses Distillers Condensed Soluble on Broiler Chickens Performance, Carcass Traits and Intestinal Morphology of Broilers

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of molasses distillers condensed soluble (MDCS) on growth performance, carcass characteristics and intestinal morphology of broilers. A total of 400 one day-old, unsexed Ross 308 broiler chicks were randomly allotted to 20 cages. The dietary MDCS levels incorporated 0% and 4% in the starter and 0%, 4% and 8% in grower diet, respectively. The...

Effects of Dietary Conjugated Linoleic Acid and n-3 Fatty Acids on the Performance, Carcass Traits and Small Intestinal Morphology of Broiler Chickens

An experiment was conducted on broiler chickens to study the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), fish oil, both at 7% of the diet, or their mixtures at 3.5% of the diet, on the performance, carcass traits and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens. The chicks fed with 7% fish oil or 7% CLA diets, were found to have an inferior weight gain in grower and finisher phases, respectively. A...
